If you’re using an older version of the official Google Calendar gadget on Google Desktop, you may see an error like the following:

“There was an unexpected error retrieving your calendar. We apologize and request you to send us more information about this error, so we can fix it in the next release or forward them to the Google Calendar team.”

“Invalid parameter value: start-max=2006-010-04.”

This error has been fixed in the latest version of the Google Calendar gadget. To resolve this problem, please download the latest version here:

BTW: Instead of using login and stuff, why not just be able to add the XML links to the calendars you want to see? Just an idea… :)

Hi! Really nice plugin, but unfortunatly I can’t use it since it only displays events from my primary calender. Why not all of them???

Support for multiple personal calendars as well as shared calendars will be available in a future version.

If you are receiving the ‘gddWndCtrlTypeEditPassword’ is undefined error, you need to upgrade Google Desktop to the latest version.

Why only grab information from the primary calendar? The bulk of my events are stored in seperate class, work, and fraternity calendars while my personal calendar is reserved for events like dinners and parties. Any chance of allowing multiple calendars?

Why only use the primary calendar? My primary calendar is used for things like personal events (dinners, partys, etc) while the bulk of my events are placed in seperate class, work, and fraternity calendars. Any chance of providing an option to allow more calendars to be integrated?

Here are some suggestions
- viewing of other calendars added in google calender (besides the default one create by google).E.g. if i add other calendars, they are not viewed :(. If you manage this, then you colorize the events according to the calendar.

- viewing of tomorrow’s events in a section similar to Yahoo’s Widget’s Day Planner

- a view for a week’s events (agenda style)

Hi,

I installed goocal into desktop, but then when I went to options I got the following error:

An error as occured in the plugin Goocal. Position: line 461, char 3.

Code: 0x800A1391, Description: ‘gddWndCtrlTypeEditPassword’ is undefined.

Not sure what to do…

Amazingly awesome plugin!!!

Only one problem, the times that show up seem to be consistantly 7 hours behind (I think its showing GMT time, instead of what my google calendar is set to, which is MST).

Still, great job!
