Backtracking would involve going back to the point of cooking your own food - something that was the norm until the wave of mammoth food giant chains swept the world. Because, bottomline- home cooked food beats food outside hands down when it comes to taste-nutrition value.Given the convenience of getting a ready to eat meal without moving a finger, it would be a challenge for such change of mindset to occur.  Fun post to read though.</description>
